In-Home Behavioral Assistance: Dogs
We offer limited in-home sessions to help you with various behavioral issues you may experience with your dog.   Sessions are $75/hour.  If you are out of our service area, or if our schedule cannot fit your needs, please call us or email us for a referral to a trainer in your area.
We will meet with you in your home and discuss the cause of your dog's behavioral issues and provide you with a program to follow to work on addressing your dog's needs.  Follow-up sessions can be scheduled to determine how well the dog is doing and work on further issues.  We provide handouts on various behavioral issues and resources for further reading as well.  Telephone and email support is available as well.

We do not handle aggression cases due to our limited availability for private sessions.  Please call us however for a referral to a trainer who deals with aggression issues and uses positive reinforcement methods.
All in-home behavioral modification techniques involve positive reinforcement methods including lure and reward (with food and toys) and clicker training.


Adoption Consultation
Looking for a rescue/shelter dog but just don't know how to pick the right one?  Don't know how to wade through the tons of rescue groups and public shelters? Or have you already found a dog and want a second opinion? You can schedule a private session at your home or at the adoption facility to find the right dog for you.
