Description: Ava is a stunning blue and white dog with a winning smile and despite
her hard life, a loving and happy personality.
Ava was rescued as a puppy covered with mange, which is now all healed up to reveal the beautiful girl she is. At the age of 8 months, she was placed in a home where she lived with two small children. Unfortuntely the family discovered that Ava could not live with cats, and so they had to return her to the rescue.
Ava now lives at a kennel but regularly interacts with staff and volunteers and is much beloved by everyone she meets. She is full of life and she lives to play! There isn’t a toy that Ava doesn’t love or a human she doesn’t want to greet with full-on pit bull kisses! She is extremely intelligent and excels with her obedience work. She is very athletic as well and would make a great dog sports dog.
Ava does well with children and appears to do well with other dogs - just no cats please! If you are looking for a loving, happy, funny companion who will enrich your life with her joy, enthusiasm and affection, then Ava is the one is for you!
